Economic advantages of alumina balls and chromium steel balls for cement grinding.

Cement industry have large requirment of abrasion resistant grinding materails,in current market, most cement plants still apply high chromium steel balls for ball mill, it is obvious that high chromium steel balls have high density,lower hardness ,which spend more power to drive the ball mill equipments.it is hard to imagine how much extra cost wasted for a year ? so some cement owners are thinking about  alumina ceramic balls  for cement grinding materials.

4) lower abrasion loss 0.09 g/kg.h than high chromium steel balls 0.19 g/kg.h
