The usage steps of alumina abrasion resistant ceramics

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil and rust. For some surfaces with higher requirements, such as workpieces with higher wear resistance requirements, you can use fine sandpaper to lightly polish them. Do not use abrasives or grinding wheels.

Preparing the binder: Mix the abrasion resistant ceramic tile cement according to the proportion, and stir until there is no powder and no color difference before use.

Paste the wear-resistant ceramic sheet: Apply the prepared clay to the surface of the workpiece that has been treated, then stick the wear-resistant ceramic sheet on it and flatten it with a wooden board or iron plate.

Curing: After the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is pasted, wait for a certain period of time to cure. Generally, it can be cured at room temperature for 24 hours.

Installation and fixation: Install and fix according to the overall design requirements of the equipment.
