1) Prepare series of tools like sander,hammer,shovel etc, and the personal protection tools like gloves, hard hats, masks, protective glasses .

2) Put ceramic tile mat and epoxy resin adhesive in the convenient place where operator can get conveniently 

3) Cleaning the steel plate surface rust by polishing 

4) Dust and grease necessarily be cleaned after polishing

5) Prepare ceramic epoxy resin as corret proportion, and make sure to use up within 2 hours after package opened .

6) Applying the mixed ceramic glue on the surface of steel plate

7) Applying the mixed epoxy resin on the ceramic tile surface ,but not the silk net surface .

8) Put the ceramic tile mat with adhesive on the steel plate .

9) Fixing the alumina ceramic tile by hammer for air removal 

10) Lightly tear off the silk net after epoxy resin solidification
