For our own experience in dealing with cement plants in China, we usually start off business with them as below:

1. Offer survey form for them to fill, we need to know whether there is roller press and selection in their cement mill, and what is the gradation and loading capacity. Please remember also tell us the electric charge in your country.

2. Judge whether alumina grinding ball can be instead of steel balls in their cement mill, not all cement mills could use alumina grinding ball, so we need you to finish the step 1.

3. If we think their cement mill could be suitable to use our balls, we may consider to visit their cement mill to know more about the current gradation and discuss the next step and offer solution combine the actual condition, for example, we need to get 20kg samples-clinkers which contacted grinding body and in the inlet of second chamber to test. After we get the samples, we would do an experiment and match certain ratio of balls with different size to judge the effect of save power.

4.If the experiment is successfully and our solution is confirmed by customers, we would produce large quantity of alumina balls to help our customers to save power.

The basic steps would be as above, and the detail situation would be decided according to the different working condition of customer's equipment.
