What are the properties of ceramic composite pipes ?

Composited pipe is a pipe lined with alumina ceramic material. It usually consists of two layers of materials: the inner layer is an industrial ceramic material with strong corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance, and the outer layer is a metal material with high strength and pressure resistance, such as stainless steel and carbon steel.

The main advantages of ceramic composite pipes include:

1. Strong corrosion resistance: Alumina ceramic materials have good corrosion resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.

2. Excellent wear resistance: Wear-resistant ceramic materials have excellent wear resistance and can effectively resist the erosion and friction of solid particles

3. High hardness: The hardness of ceramic materials is much higher than that of metal materials, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of pipelines.

4. Long life: The lined ceramic composite pipe has a long service life, which can greatly extend the service life of the pipeline.

5. High temperature resistance: Ceramic materials have good high temperature resistance and can be used under high temperature conditions. At the same time, the ceramic materials themselves are non-toxic and harmless, and do not pollute the environment.

6. Easy installation: The installation method of lined ceramic composite pipe is similar to that of traditional pipes, with flange connections at both ends, which can be easily connected to the existing pipeline system.

In short,  ceramic lined composite pipe has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high hardness. It is an ideal pipeline material and is widely used in the transportation of media in chemical, metallurgical, electric power, lithium battery and other industries.
