Application Effect of Ceramic Lined Cylinder Mixer

Chemshun Ceramics ever finished a project of cylinder mixer with ceramic liner .which has passed over two years of operation and inspection. The phenomenon of hanging is basically eliminated. There is only a slight hanging on the angle steel. the wear-resistant ceramic liner does not hang, there is no aging, wear and tear. It is estimated that the service life of ceramic liner is more than 5 years.
Since the transformation of the cylinder, the speed reducer has not changed parts and it is estimated that its service life can be extended to 5 years. The gear coupling and the gear wheel have not been replaced except for scheduled inspections. The service life of the tire group has been extended to an average of one. Year and a half; the tube turbulence phenomenon is basically eliminated and the cylinder body rotates fairly smoothly. So far no downtime has been caused by the failure. totally the benefit of ceramic liner application can be concluded as follows :
1) The excellent performance of the wear-resistant ceramic liner makes the material path in the mixer reasonable. The layering material is slightly suspended and the thickness is suitable, which provides the conditions for further strengthening the mixer's ability to mix and pelletize.
2) It has good high temperature material erosion resistance and wear resistance.
3) Increase the effective diameter of the cylinder mixer (increasing 300mm), improve the mixing of a mixture and the ability to mix the balls. The average particle size of the mixture measured on the Q-4 belt was increased by 0.5 mm, the pelleting rate was increased by 2% to 3%, and the composition of the mixture was reasonable.
4) Reduced the daily labor intensity of the production system prior to overhaul, eliminating the need to dig and dig the mixer, saving manpower and material
