    Most wear damage of pulverized coal pulverizing system in power plants is coal collision, friction, impact-based. High-speed pulverized coal gas flow bring heavy abrasion damage to the pulverizing system equipment, especially to the pulverizer export pipeline, the primary air pipe elbow, coarse powder separator import and export pipeline,most power plant use GJ-199 abrasion resistant adhesive series, its wear resistance is superior to the steel plate and the strength, adhesion is good; but its drawback is construction difficulty and higher cost.  

Cast stone application is much better than the general steel in wear resistance  , but its biggest drawback is the crisp and weight, it has usness limitation not only by the equipment system loading safety system, and the installation process easily broken. But also because the thickness of thick cast slab, bulky, so that the flow of equipment to reduce the cross-section, the flow rate increases, but  also increasing the degree of wear.
