Advantages analysis of abrasion resistant materials applied in coal conveying system

Wear resistant ceramic lining is a kind of industrial ceramics , mainly used as wear protectie linings in heavy materail hanlding system .these alumina  ceramic materials is made of high pure Al2O3 92% ,or Al2O3 95% powder pressed by isostatic pressing machines . it is ideal abrasion resistant materials for coal conveying system wear protection .

Steel plate is also used as wear resistant material in coal handling equipment.but wear resistant ceramic lining occupy a larger coal handling plant market. the advantages analyzed by chemshun ceramics manufacturer as follows :

      1) More Harder, wear resistant ceramic lining hardness reach Mohs 9 grade, which cause alumina ceramic linings to have super abrasion resistance . its wear resistance property is 40 times more than steel plate.

      2) More lighter.wear resistant ceramic has density of 3.6g/cc, less than half of steel.surely wear resistant ceramic lining can save more production electricity cost.
      3) Chemical resistance :  as we all know , Steel materials have property of bad chemical resistance , it is easy to have reaction with kinds of chemical corrosive products .but alumina ceramic liner have much better chemical and corrosive resistant property . so which can be used in wet coal handling environment.

Wear resistant ceramic lining as wear resistant materials have more advantage characters like : non-toxic, good insulation, more shape available, pingxiang chemshun ceramics have more abrasion resistance materials like , ceramic tube pipe lining , alumina hex tile mat, wear ceramic liner , grinding balls and bricks, epoxy resin adhesive glue for industry repair.  which can be used in conveying pipeline, hopper , cyclone , burners etc.  more information in website: www.chemshun.com
