The wide application of alumina ceramic lining

In mining, metallurgy, energy and many other industrial sector needs a lot of wear-resisting, high temperature resistant material. Although the high temperature alloy pipe, cast stone, high-tech ceramic tube has been widely used in these areas would be  but at the same time meet the requirements of wear resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistant pipe material is still the major issue to be solved. Alumina ceramic lining composite steel pipe is considered to meet the performance requirements of one of the most promising pipe. The traditional method is using thermal spray and mechanical setting method to manufacture alumina ceramic lined composite steel pipe, but due to cost, process and its limitations in high temperature resistant, self-propagating reaction technology in recent years has been developed to produce alumina ceramic lining composite steel pipe, the technology has the advantages of simple process, low cost, energy saving. Odawara with self-propagating thermit centrifugation was 5.5 m long  alumina ceramic lined composite steel pipe of 330 mm in diameter, and has been in the mining transport, liquid aluminum transport, heat pipe has been successfully used in such aspects, the relevant domestic units have carried out extensive research of the process.


But since the spread of aluminum hot centrifugation can't solve a slender tube (less than 40 mm diameter) and bent pipe lining coating problems.
