pipelines in the mining,power generation,steel plant,steel plant industries,it make cost effective performance and reduce the maintenance cost and down-time for the clients.

All tiles could be designed as per customer's engineering. And in order to save the tools cost, Chemshun could supply the tiles based on normal tool and then find the right shape and size tile through Chemshun curved machines and manual cutting process.

Chemshun Ceramic Tile is produced with high quality alumina powder , advance manufacturing processes and strictly quality control. the hardesses of Rockwell, Vikers, Moh are better than others' products. the rockwell of 92% alumina ceramic tile is or above 80 HRV and Vikers is 3-4 MPa.m1/2.etc.
it's abrasion peformance is much better than the rubber-lining material.etc.
··Prolong the uselife of euqipment.
Comparing to other materials such as rubber, manganese steel and chrome steel, the life time of Chemshun Ceramic Tile is about 260 times longer than that of manganese steel and is about 170 times longer than that of chrome steel. and also the life is much longer than that of rubber.
