What should pay attention for ball mill during operation ?

Ball mill is the core equipment for mineral processing production line . which has an important role in the materials production .therefore, whether ball mill is good or not directly affects 
working efficiency , in order to protect ball mill in good conddition. we should know what should pay attention during operation ?

 1, pay attention that ball mill equipment has normal lubrication and cooling during operation 

2, Observe whether the mill operate steadily, the amplitude of the main bearings should not exceed 0.1mm.

3, The operating temperature for mill main bearings must not exceed 60 ° C.

4, During ball mill run ,all the seals are good, all should be without ash ,oil , water leakage 

5. Check all bolts, anchor bolts and ball mill cylinder,  wear ceramic liner , bolts are loose or broken.

6, Observe the motor and control system should be normal,  voltage should be within the specified range.

7, check the signal devices are sensitive.

9, Please check the transmission, the gear and the motor in accordance with their relevant specifications and drawings.
