collective outdoor training of Pingxiang Chemshun Ceramics Co., Ltd.




2013.10.26 Our company organized a collective outdoor training, this outdoor development training, giving us deep feelings, benefited. Although only a short day, but we understand the true meaning of the team,  it makes  us  know what is  the real  team and what is communication, what is collaboration, learned how unity and cooperation, encourage each other.
This is a shocking spiritual journey  for everyone to hone the mind, so that our soul has been sublimated. It allows us to rediscover and experience the power of teamwork, but also stimulate our personal potential, it has been fully released, enhances the courage and confidence to challenge themselves.
It tells us to break the traditional mindset, explore new ideas, at work summarizes the lessons of failure and success of the experience, the establishment of a new mode of operation. Meanwhile let us learn to communicate with each other, learn empathy.
