How to use Epoxy resin glue ?

Epoxy Glue is liquid of ingredient A and B, it has low shrinkage ratio, low exothermic temperature .after curing , its feature is anti-cracking and moisture protection as well as good insulation. According to the using temperature Chemshun ceramics have 3type of epoxy resin glue. Type 1:  -60~150 ℃, Type 2:-60~200℃,  Type 3:-60~320℃.
How to use the epoxy glue? Example use Type:1
  1. Preparation work. Smooth Surface: sandblast or polish with sand paper, then scrub away with aceton or gasoline and airing;
  2. Uniformity mix the adhesive A and B according to the weight scale:A:B = 4: 1, the mixed adhesive should be use within 30-40minutes. Each time mix around 0.2kg.
  3. Sticking: Uniformity stick the adhensive on the two side sticking surface, The thickness of adhensive is around 1mm. sticking together at the touch pressure ≥0.05Mpa.
  4. Solidify: 24hours at the 25℃.
  5. Shipping and Storage:
Here are some tips for attention below:
  1. At the starting of cure ,its viscosity will enhance with some heat . when the more quantity of mixing glue and the higher environment temperature, the chemistry reaction is going on more quickly , the solidification will be at higher speed with a huge heat. Perhaps its lifespan will be short, so please pay attention the dosage of mixing glue , please use up the successful mixing glue in short time. if the temperature is low, the heat solidification way is suggested, or you choose to warm ingredient A and B separately ,them put both of them in glue mixing device together for the cure.
  2. Avoid to contact with skin and eyes, it falls down on the skin, it is better to clean by alcohol or soap, then wash them with clean water, it falls into the eyes ,please instantly wash it by clean water, and quickly go to see the doctor.
  3. The product forbid convert and should avoid sun-baked and high temperature during the shipping.
  4. Package: plastic bottle +paper carton. Stored in dry , dark and ventilated conditions at room temperature, shelf life: 12months.
