Ceramic products are generally fragile,its packaging and transportation problem will be seriously paid,If subjected to impact, it will produce cracks or damage, more seriously ,it may also make ceramic products broken, so it lost its role and became wasted products. We will use the cushioning cushion material,outer case etc when delivering ceramic  abrasion resistant linings products. for this problem, how should we choose?

1. Selection of cushioning cushion material

Buffer cushion material is mainly for the buffer effect and reduce the impact of ceramic products, the most commonly used cushioning cushion material is elastic material. Buffer cushion material can be divided into two kinds of surface buffer and local buffer, the reasonable form and size need to be corroctly determined when design.  Commonly used in foam, bubble plastic film, honeycomb paperboard and pulp molding.

2. Selection of outer box
Outside box can be included ad followings :
Corrugated box: is currently the most used, it has a simple structure, easy production, technology is mature and so on, and environmental protection.
Wooden box packaging: is based on the form of packaging materials for processing, and can withstand a larger weight, so in this respect is better than the carton packaging, but the cost is large, so mainly for the value
